We had a very positive experience with Connells Coventry from the initial meeting with Matt, who has guided us through the process and best time to launch the add, through working with Megan who was our agent. Both consistently professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with. I appreciated Megan's proactive, friendly and balanced approach, considering both buyer and seller perspectives while ensuring everything progressed smoothly. I have used Connells for the purchase of my first home. I cannot praise enough how professional everyone was. Starting with Taran, my mortgage advisor who was very direct, had a lot of knowledge and really tailored the whole package around my needs. Came to see a viewing was few minutes late , called up the Estate agents Office as came to view a property nobody was answering the door. Lady on the phone said the person that came to show the property had left . Which is terrible didn't wait at all for me to arrive even i was few minutes late! I travelled far away to see this property, not what I'd expect from this estate agent.

I saw an advert on Rightmove about one property and I called them to arrange the viewing. That was on Friday. One lady asked me when I would like to see this property. I said that Monday that she said that Monday at 2 o'clock but she has to confirm that with the people living there. I didn't get the call or email back so I called them on Saturday. Nobody answered my calls so I sent them an email. No reply. I called them on Monday , one hour before the viewing which was not confirmed. I spoke with one lady. She didn't know anything about the viewing of this property and she said that someone will call me back. Nobody called me back. Also no response for my email sent on Saturday. I do not recommend this agency. Waste of your time and money. They are not professional. If you wish to sell or rent your property use the different agency as this one ignore potential customers.

Our recent experience with Connells was with a fabulous staff member - Lily Mcquiggan, Lily was so kind and courteous through all interactions which we had with her. And despite not having viewed the property with her she was very supportive in the overall negotiation and other interactions. Lily has an air of professionalism and care and was very engaged and understanding of some of the religious/faith requests with regards to the property move. I couldn't recommend Lily more when interacting with Connells she was outstanding.
