GoogleVery unprofessional... We had viewed a property with Leon, we liked the property and made an application, after that no email, message or phone from the company. I tried to contact so many times but no reply. Such a same. And yeah they keep on asking for Google reviews.

GoogleI am a tenant with Haarts for two months now. Icredebily bad service. For two months I am asking for the Wi-Fi password. (I called at least once a week) I don't have access to my bank account, I can't speak with my family abord, I can't access my email, etc. And for two months they tell me "Yes Sir I will send you the password asap." and.. nothing. Very frustrating experience. Is in my contract that I am supposed to receive internet with my rent. They break the contact and... nothing, when I speak on the phone they imply that I am being unreasonable, not them. My advice: If you have the option to go with a different agency, do it. Haarts may look professional, but I assure you they are not.

GoogleAwful company. Attitude stinks! Would not use these to sell or let your property as they are not interested and hang up on prospective clients! Would of given no stars if that was an option!

GoogleThe agency has always been very professional throughout the course of my tenancy. I have always got quick responses from the staff, generally within a couple of hours. I am mostly in contact with Aimee who's always been very friendly and helpful with any queries we had.
