I always receive great customer service and Jo has been brilliant with dealing with any issues I've had quickly and I always feel like she's been there if I've needed her. GoogleI wish I could give a minus 1 star for their service received to date. Awful and shocking service delivered on residential property management in conjunction with Spicerhaart, Coventry, Birmingham and Stoke on Trent! Andy Townsend, Rachel Morton, Sarbjit Purewal and Melanie Murchie tried to assist with the management but failed as they could not deliver a comprehensive property management update on a block of properties which his team were managing. My advice would be to find another managing agent. I am in the process of dis-instructing which is also proving very difficult.

GoogleWe had Brian Holt come out and give us a valuation on our property and I must say it was the most professional and well prepared agency we had come. GoogleI engaged with haart to try and get a rental valuation on my property. On the first attempt they cancelled with 9 minutes notice saying the agent had COVID. It was a 4pm appointment so they'd had plenty of time during the day to cancel with more notice. It was frustrating as I'd waited in, arranged work around the appointment, and spent time prepping the house to present it well. On the second attempt (4 days later) I called ahead to check they were planning to attend before spending time prepping. I left two messages with the central switchboard but didn't get a call back ahead of the appointment time. No-one showed to the appointment so I called again to find out what was going on and whether someone was actually going to show up at any point. Once again I got through to the central switchboard who once again, took a message and promised me a call back from the local Branch Manager. I'm still waiting for that call.......

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These people are bunch of lazy people! Had so many problems all the way and at the end I had to ring Birmingham branch cause Coventry never answers the calls ! Ignored my email regarding ending the tenancy, then never answered any calls from me or landlord, when handing the keyes at branch had to hand it to sell’s department cause no one in from lettings. Then 5 days later still no answer about our deposit even when our landlord confirmed with them is ok to release in full. At the end I contacted Birmingham branch and its been sorted but on the notes was saying they still waiting for landlord to confirm! AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleFirst thing we get is a Google rating card and visiting card asking to provide good review. Here you go. The worst agency I have ever experienced in UK. No response over calls or emails. By luck and gods grace if the phone is answered someone will say that they will get back asap. ……. That’s it. Call again… No response. Email…. No response. BTW Head office is good at picking calls and saying the same answer “I’ll get back” Sorry but this is what I have experienced. Couldn’t give -ve rating as there’s no option. Atleast I kept my word that I’ll review on googols and I did.

GoogleCouldn't do 0 stars. I haven't lived at my nans property in over 10years. She has passed and I've had multiple phonecalls off this company trying to poach the sale of our family home, off tailor made. I have asked multiple times for my details to be removed from their system. Vulchers. Not needed when grieving. Would never use this company.
