Googlehaart have been actively pursuing clients for positive reviews, to try and bury the bad ones. Look at the distribution of reviews to see how many 1 star reviews they've received. They 'managed' my property for a multi-year tenancy, failed to carry out basic repairs, failed to carry out inspections and visits, and lied to the tenants that the problem was me not responding to their messages (I have evidence of this from the now ex-tenants). I followed their complaints procedure and calculated that their failings had cost me over £3,000 in losses and damages. Their final offer? £500. A genuinely terrible service from a genuinely terrible company.

GoogleEvery time we phone to view a listed property it has either sold or under offer and they try to ad us to mail list. Please remove properties that are no longer available. You shouldn't be advertising properties that are no longer on the market.

We also attach your name against the property file so we can keep you posted on the property. We leave them available to protect our vendors.

GoogleI strongly discourage anyone from engaging with this estate agent. After a decade of renting, I was given only one month's notice to vacate without any personal contact. No one arranged key collection, and despite multiple calls and emails over three months, my deposit has not been returned. The deposit scheme was archived, preventing an official enquiry. Promised callbacks were never fulfilled. A truly awful service experience.
