GoogleThe worst experience I have had with a letting agency!!!! I was supposed to move into a newly refurbished flat complex. 3 days before moving in, I am told that it has failed legal standards. Instead of helping me, the hopeless staff didn’t offer any support. One member offered me a retirement property, I’m 21. This shows a great lack of knowledge and common sense. When it came to getting my deposit back it looks 3 1/2 weeks and a lot of nagging to get it sorted. Said staff member would not reply to my messages or calls and left me in the dark. Absolute shambles of a business and would heavily persuade others to not use them. They need a lot more training on how to do their jobs and their people skills.

GoogleBrian Holt were simply amazing! They were helpful and friendly throughout our mortgage process, especially Michael, who was always there to answer our calls and emails and chase up our solicitors. All the staff there were patient and welcoming, always making us feel at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian Holt! Thank you so much!
