GoogleJo Keane in lettings has helped me every set of the way this week with problems i’ve been having with the property i rent. Always available, upbeat and even though somethings are out of her control the turnaround for information has been super quick. An absolutely credit to the haart team. Even through the stress of no boiler in the snow i’m glad i had Jo on my side!!

GoogleWe have always been very happy with Aimee's management of any problems flagged, in time, but just now over the bank holiday weekend I was really positively impressed by the speed of action taken to sort out the issue with the boiler in two different moments over the bank holiday. Well done Aimee and thank you so much.

Brilliant staff especially the office manager - very professional , and top class customer service. Staff that never gave up making sure the sale went through after selling my property in a week. Always keen to do whatever was necessary to obtain the sale and to keep it on track even under difficult circumstances and many setbacks. A service that is a credit to the industry. I would recommend this office of Brian Holts - main Coventry office - to anyone looking for great service.
