GoogleA while ago I came looking to buy a property in Coventry, and the staff in this office were very helpful and wanting to help, took all the details and actively tried to find a suitable property. What a contrast to the other agents in Coventry. Afterwards I went along nearly every estate agent on New Union St and not a single one was interested in giving any help, taking details or looking to see what suitable properties were available. So I definitely recommend these guys.

GoogleI wouldn’t bother for lettings, Over 2 years our tenant has been living in this property. STILL 2 years on the board is still up outside after emails and calls. No care any longer. Won’t be using them next time. We have had to physically remove it ourselves.

GoogleI'm a first time buyer and found Brian Holt to be incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We had several set backs with both sets of solicitors and the usual difficulty of getting in touch with solicitors. Christina and Dave of Brian Holt were fantastic in chasing any problems that occurred. They virtually did the job of the solicitors and of the estate agents. Without their assistance I'm not sure how much longer the process would've taken. When it comes to selling I'll certainly be using Brian Holt. Would recommend to anyone! Steve Martin

GoogleRecently started the process of buying a property. Brian Holt, specifically Joel and Darren, were the only ones out of all the estate agents to follow up and advise me properly as a first time buyer. Never felt pushy or like it was just their job. Built up a really good raport with them and felt like my best interests were being looked after. Really helpful overall and I'm really pleased to be working with them.

GoogleAwful, claimed they could not tell me their fee structure to sell my property without first viewing it, what a joke. They then proceed to cold call me for weeks until I block their number.
