GoogleHaarts more like haartless. My mum was keen to book a viewing of a retirement flat but was told in no uncertain terms, 2 things as she hadn't sold her property yet that they would not arrange a viewing, not their policy unless you have sold apparently. Then to be told she should ditch her current agents and go with them as it woud make it easier to move forward with any property. We assume by this conversation that vendors are not informed they have interest. Current Rightmove stats show that only 21% of 2020 sales were no chain. Meaning nearly 80% of sales have a chain. She was very upset by this conversation and vendors should aware they probably won't contact you if someone hasn't sold. This is very much a catch 22 situation. Then to add insult to injury they would keep her informed of any suitable properties, they then sent an email of a flat they thought she might like to view, you guessed it was the one they refused to let her view earlier. How incompetent. Be warned you may loose a sale by using this company.

GoogleI rented house from haart lettings in may i get my keys after 40 days. And i dont have any doors in my house. Toilet door didn't closed properly and also no locked properly. I don't have any washing machine point. I keep complaining after getting house after living theire house my life getting hail. They still not solve my all the problems after living in house for 45 days. I am very dissappoint after taking home from haart.
