GoogleChoosing an estate agent to sell our property was a bit difficult as online estate agents were cheaper than conventional high street estate agents like Bairstow Eves. We had to sell our property quickly as we made an offer to buy another property. The whole process of sale-purchase was complex. Bairstow Eves (Claire, Ashley, Gemma and Richard) team was great, professional, caring and supportive. I think we made the right decision to choose Bairstow Eves.

GoogleI used Cara the lettings manager in Radford to rent out my property, after a bad experience of doing it privately it was very reassuring to leave the property in safe hands! Cara and Bayleigh managed to secure me a tenant quickly and hassle free, I look forward to future business with them! Absolute rubbish experience, booked my appointment the day before which was confirmed over the phone. And on the day when I have checked with Trevor apparently I have lost my spot without even telling me about it. so I was meant to make two hours journey to Coventry and they don’t even bother to let you know that the viewing is off the table. I certainly will not ever deal with this Agency.

TrustpilotSpying on you asking personal information has non acting agents.
They call you without saying who they are spying and acting like it’s your estate agent selling your home that you have chosen. I’m positive they are breaking data protection has they impersonate another acting estate agents. It’s not until you say can you conform who you are when you’ll be surprised to see it’s a spying estate agent asking for personal confidential information from you. I’ve recorded the calls to send onto the ombudsman has it’s against regulations.

Terrible company and horrendous service. Hard to sell a house when the agent doesn't pitch up for viewings, has fake customers who don't pitch up for viewings either, doesn't return calls, terrible photos and asks for our own photos, bad write up, don't update the sales video with the new photos post makeovers, refuses to release the seller from a contract despite repeated requests due to terrible service and wants payment for doing nothing useful! Release MR Portman immediately so a proper agent can sell the house!

Southgate Branch, if I could give zero stars I would. They did not even send anyone round to the house when a viewer was coming. I had to show them round. Sometimes they told the client they would meet outside our house at the agreed time but would not show up. I use to see people wandering up and down the street and had to go out and ask them in. We were even told off for turning up at the office to speak with them being told we should have booked an appointment. Hopeless!!
