We had an extremely tight time frame to move in. 4 weeks!! So we expected to just get any house. But between Conner, Liam and Rebecca, they not only found us a a house, they found us our new Dream home! All within 9 days!!! From the listing to signing the contract. Liam and Rebecca where available to us constantly on the phone and where more than helpful. Warm, welcoming, beyond helpful. Made our lives so much easier. As we where in panic mode. We met Connor in person, who gave us our viewing of the property. We really like Connor. He is warm, friendly, helpful, polite, respectful of our needs and wishes. From start to finish, the team at Bairstow Eves in Radford, Coventry were top draw. It started with Rich, top bloke, coming round and putting us at ease with regards to selling the property and reassurances were given which filled us with confidence not only that we would successfully sell our house, but also receive the support to find another one. From then on, David and Ashleigh - lovely people, took on the reigns and efficiently booked in a number of potential buyers in very quick time. No messing about from these guys, and we agreed a sale within two weeks of our house going on the market. Relieved is an understatement. Now the fun was to begin with solictors of all parties involved, and Claire was fantastic in dealing with this. From dealing with our questions and queries, to keeping us in the loop regularly with any updates. She’d know how to manage the situations, due to her priceless experience in the industry, which again filled us with hope and belief that everything was under control. This is our third house we have moved into (hopefully our last!) but on each occasion we have used Bairstow Eves in Radford to assist us and they have come up trumps once again. A big thank you to Claire, Rich and the team. A fantastic professional outfit, who are very accommodating and go out their way to make sure the customer is happy. The agents side were not so great as a contractor picked up keys to be able to do some work whilst I was at work and didn’t take them back for 2 months, and nobody chased to find out where the keys were!
