Aman Singh Natt was our letting negotiator and the experience with him was wonderful from the viewing of the house to moving in. Everything was so smooth that even when we are all in work he called and made the process easy for us to move in at our desired date. I can’t thank Zahida my broker enough for her outstanding service! I have had Zahida as my mortgage advisor for five years to purchase all my BTL properties. Poor quality viewings and service

The Clapham branch sales negotiator was late for the viewing and didn’t ask anyone from the office to notify us (15 minutes late). He had also double booked the appointment, the entire booking was a bit of a disorganised mess. There was a fair bit he wasn’t aware of and generally wasn’t that helpful. The specifications I gave weren’t followed in the viewings. I was ignored when asked if I wanted a broker and my contact information was shared when I had asked for it not to.

Jane Crosland guided us expertly through the process of selling our family home, gave brilliant advice and her experience in pricing and marketing were invaluable (and spot on). Waste of time

Talk the talk and that’s about it. We are with Coventry city branch. The keys handed over 26.2.26. Still not advertised on rightmove or their own website We specifically said we want a quick sale. I spoke with Ryan Tuesday 10.3.26 who said it would be on both sites within 24/48 hours. This did not happen. I called again Friday 13th he said Trevor was busy so it would be Monday/Tuesday and I said this was not good enough He said he would call me back … no call. I lefts a message later the same day but again no response. I left a message Saturday and no response. It’s now Monday 11.26am and no response. So many other estate agents therefore I recommend you avoid these. We will be contacting other estate agents now as I am told we can add another agent so they had no competition to sell and now they may have. Also the house has been removed from their website and rightmove with no discussion. Just waiting on a call back for an explanation

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, they come across very professional when they value the house, but once its on the market the staff are unhelpful and take days to answer emails. The details were incorrect online as it was put live without us agreeing the details, the pictures were awful and the one thing we did make them change. There has been no effort to sell the house, only having one viewer in two months. Only to find out that the contract is for 4 months too, devastated. Stay away from this company.

As a tenant of a Bairstow Eves managed property I would like to commend the efforts of one of their staff: Rosie. She did a great job with helping me sort out my issues even though the actual work had to be carried out by third parties and some of the decision- making was outside her sphere of control. She is an excellent communicator and did a great job of managing my expectations as the problem was being sorted. Rosie is definitely an asset to the company. Well done! It’s three years later now and I still have only positive things to say about Bairstowe Eves. I would not even give one star. Me and my wife were looking to move we were the first to enquire for a house. They removed it from the market because landlord needs to do some work. I was told by 2 people that once this house is back you will be the first person to be contacted. I was looking on Rightmove yesterday and guess what, the property was live on 24th and I don't have any email or any calls from them. Neither my wife received any calls. You know when you really love the house you are excited and really want to take it. They had an option of rent to buy and we said yes for that as well. The lady on the reception doesn't wants to speak as she is so much in rush that she wants to get rid of you. It's not the first time. I asked my wife to go to the office 3 times to confirm. I myself confirmed with Luke over the phone. But what can I say now. Pathetic and disappointed with their service. That's all be mindful with such Agencies. They don't care.

Great service from start to finish from the team in Coventry. Trevor was very knowledgable about the area when discussing my sale price. He gave me good advice during the process which meant I sold my house in the timescale needed to move for school catchment areas. DO NOT TRUST BAIRSTOW EVES, Property Rented Without a Valid Licence

I am writing this to warn other families. My family and I have experienced nothing but stress and chaos since renting a property through Bairstow in May 2026.After moving in, we discovered to our horror that the property was let without a valid property licence. When we raised this serious legal issue, the agency completely absolved themselves of responsibility, blaming the landlord. Under UK housing law, letting agents have a strict legal duty to verify and ensure proper licensing is in place before letting a property.The customer service at this branch is shockingly unprofessional. Particular staff members, Mehmet, Rejaul, and Exene, are completely evasive. They take weeks to respond to emails and refuse to answer the phone. On the rare occasion we do manage to speak to them over the phone, they make empty promises to send over details, only to go completely silent and ignore all subsequent emails.Avoid Bairstow at all costs if you value your peace of mind and legal safety. They take your money and completely abandon their legal obligations.

We traveled 50mins to see a property because we were considering to travel the distance. The Coventry branch wouldn’t pick up and the vendor was kind enough to show us around. I have since had no call back to check for feedback. When we went to see another property previous to this I was told by that vendor that there was a delay from this estate agent (I ended up booking the viewing with another) but I was told by the vendor I was the “same woman” so far I’m shocked at their service and frankly it’s put us off from wanting to move to their area. Information was sparse, not clear and if we had all the information we should have had we would not have accepted the offer and kept the house on the market.
