GoogleI requested a free valuation and Elizabeth was very helpful and very efficient. Was left with a booket explaining how her business operated and what to do next if I decided to put the property on the market at a later date. I would certainly recommend her services and would consider using ewemove in the future.

GoogleI have tried other Estate Agents but none compare with Fine & Country and in particular Anita Adams. Anita took over the sale of my house and actively went out and sold the property rather than let buyers come to her, what a girl.

He uses a modern approach that takes into consideration a mixture of market trends and statistical data to arrive at the right sale price - to achieve the best possible market value and determine the true competitive demand led value of our property. The research that Kai had done enabled him to build trust with us very quickly, it was not the usual BS chat that you hear from every estate agent that values your property - every question we had was answered and backed-up with data from Streets Ahead, RightMove and Zoopla. Not to forget the professional photographs. On the arranged open day, held by Kai & Salma (Streets Ahead) - 19 viewers attended, and we received 4 offers. Literally everything he said would happen, happened! I would not hesitate to recommend his services and that of the Coulsdon office to anyone.

GoogleAwful experience. We had a viewing for a property to buy at 3pm . The agent was not there . My Husband and I left our job 2 hours earlier to get in time to the place and see the property in day light. I called the agent at 3:09 why nobody is here and he said sorry we call you earlier because many people do not show up for viewing , I would like to think they call me earlier for any reason to confirm or reschedule the appointment but I couldn’t answer, but My question was why you didn’t left a Voicemail or text message or an email??? And he said well he can not do anything now and any way they have 5 offer right now . I called back to office the other colleague answer the phone and Accuse me that I am lying. And I was late . I was not late at at all even I was 10min early , and waiting for my husband.otherwise I could not see your agent with black Mercedes left early !!!! So unprofessional and irresponsible.
You turned up late for your appointment with no consideration for the agent. We do have other appointments and cant be expected to wait all day for you We called 3 times before the appointment to confirm you didnt have the decency to reply or answer If only us agents could write bad reviews on our clients

GoogleI was fortunate enough to have my request for a property viewing dealt with by Yvonne Ray who provided me with a swift response and a viewing outside normal office hours to suit me. She was friendly and approachable, understanding and very knowledgeable about the property. She seemed to have a natural instinct for how I felt about the property and offered some excellent advice. I would totally trust Yvonne and I thoroughly recommend her services. This is the best estate agency service I have ever received.

FacebookI have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK.
