Finding somewhere to rent that is pet friendly can be an absolute nightmare but Choices were fantastic at helping us find a place. Credit in particular to Amy. The referencing and signing up process was really quick and easy and if we had any problems they would respond almost immediately. I would highly recommend them!

Poor end of tenancy service. Repeatedly called to receive an update on deposit repayments with no response. Seven calls and 39 days later I received a deposit damages reduction with no indication this would happen. Moreover, I had to repeatedly contact the agents to get my tenancy overpayment returned.
