I called Choices for some advice and information and the lovely woman (Hannah Murray) that answered my call was extremely polite and very helpful. It was so nice to speak with someone that was happy and cheerful, and not like a robot that just reads from a script. Choices should be very pleased to have someone like her working for their company.
