Very professional, with excellent knowledge and accessibility to discus matters when anything arose. Both Harvey and Stefan provided brilliant support, keeping me updated and worked hard to ensure I was reassured or prompted when needed. I must also mention Nicola who often appeared to be the 'go to' person when something needed to be done. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone considering selling/buying a property

Avoid at all cost!!!They are money grabbers...They held on to my deposit for almost 3 months and tried to extort me for damages that weren't even in the checkout report, inhumane....Thanks to the DPS for returning my deposit.They are rubbish at communicating and don't even care about your well-being as long as they get paid...Imagine renting a property and within a 6 month period, you've got 2 inspections... Utter Rubbish!!!

My review is specifically for Daniel Thornton, Lettings Manager at their Croydon Branch. The previous tenants (found by Choices but before Dan's time) turned the house into a Cannabis Farm but he helped us find a good contractor and assisted with overseeing the refurbishment and has now found new tenants. Throughout the process he has been very responsive incredibly helpful.

She has been very helpful in dealing with my queries and communication has been excellent.I hope that she remains on the customer services side to work along with Amy & Emily who I have also been happy to deal with.

GoogleTerrible Estate Agents on every level. Do not reply to emails or telephone calls despite constant chasing. Do not deal with repairs despite multiple emails and phonecalls. Provide false information to both tenants and landlords. Avoid if at all possible.
