They’ve been responsive and helpful when we needed to transfer to a new place since the one we are renting was sold already and the new owner decided not to put the flat for rent anymore. It was stressful to think about moving to a new place with all the transfers of everything, things and paperworks as well, but Choices have been helpful. Thank you!

Very bad experience with the Choice , i am followed up for three months just to get my deposit back. where even i was ready to pay for damages. Finally i have to raise a dispute and still waiting for my deposit back. the problem is they are very less responsive.

I’ve been with choices for 8 years as a tenant and I’m honestly so happy with them, and I’ve never had a problem, giving lockdown being put on furlough and going through a tough time with my maternity pay being messed up which took me a while to sort out Rachel Heaney really helped me and understood my situation she’s a credit to choices! Thank you very much for everything!!

Initially emailed Phoebe regarding a blocked sink and instead got a subtly accusational reply from someone unknown on her email, with no time frame.Then received an email from Hannah minutes before the plumber arrived, again with no time frame so the visit was unexpected. The email also stated needing to know in advance if anyone in the house was isolating, which someone is, but couldn't respond to the email in time before the plumber showing up. All in all, prompt service but lack of communication.

The agent who rented the property on behalf of choices was not totally honest. Should have known all was not right when she turned up in her slippers! The property was dirty we had to do a thorough clean bearing in mind the country was in the middle of a pandemic not very encouraging we were desperate to move so too late to back out. Going through a dispute at present will not give up legal advice being taken and trading standards very interested. This company should not be allowed to be in business disgraceful!

TrustpilotI've been letting my property through Choices
I've been letting my property through Choices for a while. When they first took on the property I agreed to a full Management and Rent Collection agreement but as would became patently clear in the months that followed, they couldn't manage anything correctly in relation to my house or my tenants. After numerous complaints, their Customer Services team suggested I drop down to Rent Collection only, on a much lower percentage fee. I had to manage the property myself and this remained the case for a long time until 12 months ago when Choices increased the fee on my agreement without informing me. They did it again in Sep this year. They've refunded me a fraction of the money they owe me but are refusing to return the rest of it. If you're thinking of renting a property with them or letting them manage your property/collect rent on your behalf, do yourself a favour; save yourself months of endless aggravation and literally go with anyone else. You simply cannot trust them to get on with their job, the one you pay them to do. They epitomise the appalling reputation so many agents in this country have; they're the worst of the worst.
