We have been with choices since we started renting and they've always been very helpful and we won't use anybody else now. We often move as we enjoy different scenery and like to be close to work if we change jobs etc and choices always help us find lots of properties to choose from and make the whole process easier and have always been understanding if we have any issues. Communication is great too! We'd like to personally praise Amy Francis too as she's the one who has been in communication and helped us since we started renting through choices and she's always polite, kind and fast responder :)

As a tenant I had bad experience with them recently. Overpaid my rent to them by mistake and haven't had it refunded after a month.The most disappointing part is that all of my emails are getting ignored and no one calls you back despite their promises.Same applies to getting your deposit back.Avoid at all costs.

This is a terrible company that steals money from its tenants and tricks and forces them into extended tenancy even though they don't live at the property, the redhill branch is a joke and the team there are lazy, incompetent, and ignorant fools, I had a years tenancy agreement with these imbeciles and moved out 3 months prior to the agreement ending, I gave them notice and paid all arrears and 3 months rent in advance to fulfil my end of the agreement and moved out for 3 months they knew I didn't live at my previous address with them but when the contract ended they continued it in my name on a monthly roll on contract even though I haven't lived at the last address in redhill for months, and now after a year or so they expect me to pay over 3500 pound in arrears that have accumulated by my ex partner whom continued to live there, these people are scam artist and will do anything to con you avoid at all cost, the property manager whom works there is a scam artist and caused all these issues to me she should be arrested and charged criminally for her actions, the money I paid for for the deposit I will no longer get back because of her and her lazy ethics all schemed up by her and the company she works for to con me and others out of their money, I hope you burn in hell, you sly evil person you have no idea the issues you have caused me in my life and the stress I have endured no thanks to you, next time grow a spine and do your job and do the right thing...Edit: I was just forced to edit and change parts of my review, because it included the name of the property manager even it was her who sarcastically requested I put this review forward on here and mention her name, to which I can prove via an email she sent me with the link.. Why say to mention her name only to request it be removed.. Again terrible person and a lying con artist, I hope she loses her job..
