I had a really pleasant experience with Choices portfolio manager Phoebe Gardner 10/10 communication and customer service!I reported an issue with one of the pipes in my bedroom and Phoebe Gardner sent out a contractor to rectify my issue on the same day!! I was pleasantly surprised and recommend the company whole heartedly, when things go wrong people like Phoebe are a true God send!

Terrible & Liars. They even won't care if you are moving with your children (10 & 2) but happy to hide the serious and urgent issues in the apartment which should be resolved before letting. We recently rented an apartment with Choices after looking at their advert in the market which said "the apartment will be left in outstanding condition'. We trusted to that but it turned out to be a very big lie just next day when we came to know about issues after moving in. They literally ignored the major issues (low pressure water in shower, toilet & kitchen tap, Leaking Kitchen Sink and very poor condition Kitchen appliances, no safety on electric switches and circuits even some won't work, jammed windows, mould everywhere) in the apartment I came to know these issues were raised by Previous tenant as well but they did not consider it to disclose to me before signing the tenancy agreement neither after which to me is a fraud for earning money. They completely ignored (rather deliberately did) all these health and safety issues those should have been resolved well before letting the apartment to new tenants. They asked me to pay £20 extra on top of the monthly rent which foolishly I agreed and now regret. The height is the tenancy agreement has the monthly rent less than £70 which I think they pay to actual Landlord. Since past 5 days after our tenancy begin me, my wife and children (10 & 2) going through the mental and physical harassment by Choices yet they have not resolved a single issue I've reported. We can not cook food due to extremely greasy hob which can catch fire, can not take a bath as not water in shower head, we can not use the toilet as cistern won't fill up quickly due to low water pressure, we can not use kitchen sink as its leaking and electric switches are exposed very near to sink, we can not wash our cloths as washing machine is heavily moulded and corroded, we can not use oven is its heavily greasy and burnt from inside. I am in deep regret that I trusted Choices. I am still communicating with them but no concrete action on issues and only fake promises. I've now complained to Housing Council to seek help.They even don't deserve 1 star.Avoid..Avoid..Avoid these bunch of people.

I haven’t got a good word to say about Charlotte. We reported some maintenance issues back in April 2022 and here we are now in March 2023 with some maintenance issues still outstanding. The only way they’re getting done now is because I got my land lord over to see the issues we have. If there was levels of incompetence she would be the highest level. She has no clue how to deal or talk to tenants! She never calls or emails to see if the work that has been carried out and we are satisfied with it. She just full of BS excuses! Its never her fault always someone else’s. How she is in the position she is I will never know

Has been some problems with the property/services along the way. But Rosie, property manager, has done her best to sort the issues out. But what most shines out for her is that she is extremely responsive to emails which goes a long way, also Gary 5* has been extremely friendly, understanding and helpful and also the South African lady who helped quite a lot when I needed access to the property.

I am a landlord with 5 properties and Rachel Nichols has just solved a problem that would have cost me £320 if she had not been tenacious in getting to the source of the problem with my direction - she did not give up like so many other agents, but kept following up until the problem was solved at no additional cost.

Choices were our letting agent and later our agent regarding the sale of the property to the tenant. Apart from one error which, when recognised, was immediately corrected. People at Choices are polite, very professional, and always easy to communicate with. The sale process extended over 13 months owing to the needs of the buyer being for more demanding than usual. Choices handled the position well with detailed explanations and fortitude.

Absolutely disgusted with the way Choices have treated my son and his family, they rented a property in caterham (53 Money Road) and nearly 2 months later are still waiting for their deposit back so unable to rent another property! My poor grandchildren have no home and as a family are all sleeping on sofas all because of a greedy landlord and Choices being incompetent! Bloody disgrace!
Obviously we have heard from the tenants and cannot comment other than to say that the tenants are fully aware of the condition of the property when they vacated and the landlord claims and this is being dealt with via the TDS dispute process.

Terrible services and Fraudulent Paid a holding deposit for a property. And then they tried to add extra unnecessary fees and demanded we have the paper work ready and collect the keys immediately. Becuase we protested the extra fees that seemed unnecessary and wasn't first displayed in the tenancy info and for the reason of we need some extra reasonable time in which to complete all the paper work. (2 days was not enough time) They then told us that they retract the offer to us and have other tenants who can pay 12months up front.They first told us our holding deposit was non refundable but after much arguing to the fact they are pulling out not us they agreed to pay it. Terrible service, rude and compleatly wasted our time and prevented us from pursuing other properties. You cant trust this letting agency
