We have just identified that 3 repairs that we requested on behalf of our tenant, and for which we paid, were never carried out. We found this through our own inspection of the property and engaging our own contractors.This is in addition to an unexplained annual charge of £288 introduced in 2021. I would not recommend this agent.

As a first time landlord, I was a bit pensive about letting my flat out within a short time-frame. However, Katie (Area Manager in South Croydon) and the Lettings Team have been extremely professional and efficient with the tenancy process. They have also answered all the questions I had and found good tenants, which makes me feel comfortable about letting my flat out. I would have no problem using Choices again or recommending them to someone else.

Terrible service, choices Sutton, they took my deposit and told me that flat is immediately available to move in misguide me and keep lying to me when flat was not ready, wasted my time over 4 Weeks and keep blaming landlord that he is going through remortgage, if this is the case they should have checked paperwork and then advertised . Bad service, “Not Trustworthy”
