Responsive and reliable

We've been renting the same property from Choices for almost 3 years now and we are very happy about it. The house we live in currently it is decent, but needed a few works being done during this time. Every time we contacted Choices, they kindly responded in a timely manner and acted accordingly. We've been dealing with Rhiannon mostly and she's been most helpful and reliable.

I'm super impressed with choices. Very quick turnaround.Nice team who return calls really quickly.Very good processes and excellent communication.Genuinely surprised how quickly they have found me a tenant at the requested rent. Within about 8 days.Had a local letting agent that were slow and unsuccessful at finding me a tenant.Will be using again shortly.Thank you.

Efficient, friendly and honest.

I was very well looked after by the ladies of Choices,Lucy, Raimonda, Helen and Shannon at the Redhill branch. Even though there were some delays which was out of the girls hands they kept me well informed and was always available to talk to me when i needed questions answered. Thoroughly recommend.

We have had mixed experience with Choices as we could not seem to get responses early in the tenancy but Phoebe Gardner has been a great help and was very responsive. She would chase up where things went wrong and arranged for heaters to be sent to us asap when our boiler broke.

Choices are now letting out my second property. I contacted them regarding the let and a few days later, they found a tenant who moved in within a fortnight. Robyn viewed the property and she and Amy arranged everything. I would recommend their services both for selling and letting.

Initially; i had few Estate Agents to sign up with however Choices in Coulsdon/Caterham came out ahead by just simply being more efficient/speedy to find me a tenant. I've had a very pleasurable experience with all staffs at Choices in Coulsdon/Caterham. However George is my go to man, very motivated and helpful, would highly recommend.

Awful, bills are supposed to be included and they keep sending me council tax bills, It has happened many times everytime I call up they say don't worry, But it keeps happening I am so scared that ballifs are coming round now to take my stuff for something that is not mine to pay, would not recommend choices

I am consistently updated, and the responses have been prompt. If a repair person needs access to my flat to fix or install something, I always receive a notification email, which I appreciate. When something needs fixing in my unit, the management asks for my permission before using the spare key to enter the premises when I am not at home. Thank you very much.

The Agents have been doing their jobs, Rosie has been helpful, I miss Louise, in the Customer Service.However, The Agents Customer service do their jobs, but, the Landlord is slow in response sometimes, so this makes things drag for Agents to carry out their duties more effectively.
