Very organised letting agents! Informative emails once you have signed your tenancy agreement explaining what to do for any situation. A Online portal to report any issues in the property. Very helpful staff especially Hannah who answered my many questions with patience and Faye who arranged our viewings, paperwork and moving in and she kept me updated throughout!

Don’t rent property from them,very rude and boastful staff because they think you are renting from them so you are good for nothing. They are only good for landlords. I have 4 children and I don’t have cooker for the past 4 days and they expect me to be happy. Very very rude and the manager was telling me their managing 100 plus properties so they are busy to get me and my children cooker. Hmmm

Always putting the customer first and regularly going above and beyond to help us out. Rhiannon made what can often be a stressful experience an enjoyable one. I recently communicated with Denisa with regards to a compliance that was about to expire. I had lots of practical issues getting this done so rang Denisa to explain. She reassured me and asked me to keep in touch. She even offered to chase the supplier for me .I agreed to this as it was an enormous help. Everything has gone through and I am frankly blown away by Denisa's commitment and support. Above and beyond. Many thanks.

Called up to discuss giving notice for a place as we were worried when someone on a previous call told us we may have to pay extra. But I talked to Hannan who assured me there was no reason we would be charged more based on when we gave our notice. She made me feel so much better. Kind and friendly and very professional. I'd be delighted to deal with her again! 😊

I would give 0 if I could. My experience with Choices was a nightmare, these people are rude, incompetent and liars. If you are naive enough to use them, they will find any excuse to grab you as much money as possible. You will be charged for anything, and I mean anything, and never invoice it. Don't be fooled by these cowboys, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
