I did let my property through Choices Agent of Sutton. I did have quite a few of viewings from them and did let it through them and were excellent people to deal with especially Christina who was at hand for any queries I had. Will recommend them to anybody who require their services.

Trustpilotgreat new property manager - Shiquerah
Recently been in touch with Shiquerah Smith. Excellent customer service, really polite and honest. I’m glad she is our new property manager - I believe she just took over our property in the beginning of the month. Unfortunately I’ve had really bad experience with Choices couple of months ago as they left us without heating for two months knowing we’ve got 4 months old baby. I’ve been lied to and ignored by the previous property manager. That’s why only 3 stars - I would give you only 1 if Shiquerah wasn’t so helpful lately.

Unprofessional, bad organisation We moved out of our rented flat nearly a year ago we had trouble gettinf council tax sorted as that was included in the rent, then they tried to bill us for a wear and tare item and now one year later send us a bill for £75 for no reason saying intrest will go up daily, i be suprised if we are the only ones that have had this experience. Awful avoid use a better estate agents

YellA Team That Slowed Us Down
Our timeline was already tight, and Choices Estate Agents only made things worse. Their staff moved slowly, lacked initiative, and required constant supervision. Instead of support, they became a liability. The lack of communication and ownership from management only added to our frustration. We deeply regret hiring them.

Having been given 2 months notice to vacate our rented home after 13 years, Satheeskumar couldn't have been more helpful and assisted me every step of the way from the date we were given notice to the day we moved out an thereafter. Very organised letting agents! Informative emails once you have signed your tenancy agreement explaining what to do for any situation. A Online portal to report any issues in the property. Very helpful staff especially Hannah who answered my many questions with patience and Faye who arranged our viewings, paperwork and moving in and she kept me updated throughout!

Don’t rent property from them,very rude and boastful staff because they think you are renting from them so you are good for nothing. They are only good for landlords. I have 4 children and I don’t have cooker for the past 4 days and they expect me to be happy. Very very rude and the manager was telling me their managing 100 plus properties so they are busy to get me and my children cooker. Hmmm
