GoogleAlways friendly and very helpful, our sale and purchase was handled by Adele who was always cheerful and with out a doubt went the extra mile, in what was a very complicated and drawn out process due to no fault of ours or woods. Very Happy and fingers crossed we get across the line soon. Thanks to you all Lynne and Keith.

GoogleGill in aftersales made the whole process easier. Helped keep things on track and we even completed earlier than originally advised. It was so helpful to have the aftersales service, particularly with the knowledge of the process, filling in the gaps and clarifying when there were communication issues with the solicitors.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Thanks for your nice words Emma, our sales team in Consett and our aftersales are delighted you are happy with our service.

TrustpilotAn absolutely crooked student rental…
An absolutely crooked student rental agent. Beware, they claim against deposit for redecoration of rooms that are handed back in exactly the same state as received, claim for damage that was present but hidden when you move in, and change your checkout form from that you sign when checking out, when you dispute this with TDS. Keep all documentation, take photos and video everything at check in and out, but ideally avoid the agent in the first place.
