GoogleMy experience with Reeds Reins in Congleton was great from start to finish. I came into the branch at the start of the process and got all of the information that I needed and got told what the next steps were and it was all very clear and straight forward. They then arranged a mortgage appointment for me with Tim and all went out of their way to stay late so that I could come after work hours. Stacie was my main point of contact, and always helped with any queries or hiccups I had along the way and got things sorted quickly and efficiently for me. Nothing seemed too much of an issue! She met me at the property so that I could measure up and was again really helpful with everything and was talking me through what I should be expecting next etc in the process. GoogleAs a first time landlord Megan from Reeds Rains has been so helpful in talking me through the renting process. She advised of all compliance related details and put me in touch with fantastic trades to get my flat ready to let. The marketing was fantastic compared to other local agents including photos taken by a photographer and a floor plan which seems to be unusual for most agents. The team found me a tenant within a week and were all so friendly and helpful throughout. I have already recommended Megan to other friends and won’t hesiate to use on other buy to let’s. GoogleReeds Rains have recently let out my Buy To Let Property. The service from Rob, Stacie and Emily has been fantastic. From the day they came out to look at the property to handing over the keys I have been very impressed. They advised me on what to do to the property prior to letting to get me a better rent and the extras they offer compared to other agents were fantastic. These included a Zerodeposit Guarantee, professional photography and access to the landlord portal to manage my property. The service has been fantastic and I will definitely use Reeds Rains Congleton again. Thank you!

GoogleWe have recently used Reeds Rains Mortgage Adviser Tim Simkins on the purchase of our first home. The service provided by Tim was outstanding, from start to finish he was always there if we needed to ask any questions, he helped us to understand the mortgage process and explained everything very clearly, which was a massive help as we are first time buyers. Our sale went very smoothly and we know if it wasn't for Tim working extremely hard behind the scenes, it wouldn't have gone through in the remarkable 5 weeks from which our offer was acepted, to recieving the keys. GoogleLettings team were excellent in finding a new tenant. Maintenance / Finance / Property Management team's efforts leave a lot to be desired. Basically feel as though they are fleecing me and I won't instruct them to carry out any more maintenance work at the property.

Whilst we will be selling in the future, he was sensitive to the fact that we need time to handle all of her affairs before we take the step of selling her home. He was professional, sensitive and wasn't pushy at all. Thank you Robert. When we do come to sell, I hope you will represent us.

GoogleReally pleased with the Letting Service provided by Cheryl, Tim and the team at Congleton branch. Cheryl couldn't be more helpful and provided a personal and professional service throughout the process. After valuing our home and marketing it to the right kind of people our new tenant was ready and waiting to move in within the week. Cheryl has followed up with calls to check on how things are going and this gave us the feeling that she really cares. Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs help to get the right kind of tenant for your precious property.

GoogleI'm extremely pleased with the service I have received from reeds rains congleton. As a tenant I have dealt with Cheryl mainly, although all the staff are very professional and helpful. I found Cheryl to be very knowledgeable, answering any queries I had and thoroughly explaining all procedures during the process of taking up a tenancy, which from experience can be confusing and frustrating. This was not the case here as everything was done very efficiently, with a very pleasant approach as well which helps keep the stress levels to a minimum. In my opinion it is the best letting agent in town :-)

GoogleI have recently brought a fantastic barn conversion through Reed Rains in Congleton. I found all of the staff very friendly and professional and they are a very happy team. In particular i would like to give Rob a really special thank you a very high 5 out of 5. Rob was with us the night that we put the offer in and her has been with us all the way through the purchase to finally collecting my keys on friday 26th Feb to my dream home. Rob was just great very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and always there for us via telephone,email and in person. I would recommend Reed Rains in Congleton to anyone and in particular Rob my experience with buying my dream home was first class service.

She reacted quickly and successfully when I had an issue with obtaining a phone line and broadband. I have found that if I need advice or assistance with my tenancy, Cheryl and the rest of the team at the Congleton Branch are friendly, welcoming and above all professional.

Googlere - Finding a Property to Rent I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Reeds Rains. I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Nichol and I have to say that through out the whole process not only was he very professional, thorough and prompt but he also showed great empathy with the situation that I was in. Whilst other estate agencies had pretty much decided that they wouldn't or couldn't help me to find somewhere to live, Robert never showed any doubt that he would find a suitable property for my daughter and me to live. It was like a breath of fresh air to speak to somebody with a positive and can do attitude. I was always able to get in touch with Robert which was really good and the whole process was so refreshingly straight forward, from start to finish. My daughter and I would like to thank Robert Nichol for all of his hard work which has given us the opportunity to create a beautiful home which we are both in love with and now feel very settled. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains/Robert Nichol to friends/family/others as I have absolutely no doubt that they would also receive an excellent service. Thank you so much Rob.

GoogleExcellent service from Tim and his team at the Congleton branch. From the initial meeting at our house, Tim was friendly yet extremely professional. This was our experience of the service from the rest of the team; especially Rob who kept us updated with the progress of viewings on the phone with his enthusiastic demeanour and Emily who handled our negotiations for us and always responded in a timely fashion. We won't be planning on moving for a bit but I will be using Reeds Rains when we do and would recommend them to anybody. Our thanks go to Tim and his colleagues for taking much of the stress out of selling our house.
