GoogleFrom the minute that we arrived at the branch door we were welcomed in with a friendly smile. We were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Throughout the purchasing process staff were helpful, went out of their way to answer our questions and made sure that we were kept informed of the conveyancing process through regular telephone calls and emails. The help given was priceless when trying to buy a house during COVID.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter dealing with a few poor quality local estate agents in the past 2 years, the staff at Reeds Rains have been a breath of fresh air. Welcoming and friendly as soon as I entered the building, and have been 100% honest and supportive ever since. Cannot fault them, particularly Katy Lever who I have conversed with the most - Keep up the good work.

GoogleWe purchased our property through Reeds Raines in Congleton and received a fantastic service from offer to completion. Our sale had complications and Stacie Murray offered us a fantastic service throughout. Her dedication towards helping us to achieve the target completion date was commendable; even offering to take calls on her day off. Stacie made a very stressful time bearable and she is an asset to the company.

GoogleWe chose Reeds Rains at Congleton because we had previously had a meeting a couple of years ago with the manager Tim about selling our house and found him helpful and professional, yet friendly and approachable. Tim visited us again to agree the selling price and sign the contract. We started getting viewings almost immediately before the adverts had even been created online. 2 of the staff came to look round the house so they were familiar with it which I thought was a great idea. Within 3 weeks we had 5 good quality viewings and the 5th person bought our house. The process was quickly and efficiently dealt with by all the staff in Reeds Rains office, it didn’t matter who answered the phone, Stacey, Emily or Rob, they could all help. We completed within 3 months of the first meeting! There are cheaper ways of advertising a house nowadays but you cannot beat the personal service, knowledge of the local market and the assurance your prospective buyers get from dealing with a great team, guiding the seller and buyer through the process. We would definitely recommend.
Thank you for such a lovely recommendation Christine. Even though we are part of a large Estate Agency, we are a close team and the personal service/ local knowledge that we offer is very dear to us. Thanks for sharing your experience and on behalf of us all at Congleton Reeds Rains we wish you many happy memories in your new home.

GoogleAs we settle in to our new home we would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Reeds Rains in Congleton. We were involved in a long and difficult chain and, whilst formally working for our vendors, Emily, in particular worked tirelessly for everyone to achieve a happy result. Dealing with so many people including solicitors, purchasers, vendors and other agents, with differing ideas on how to proceed, not to mention people changing their minds late in the day, she nevertheless was instrumental in driving matters forward with energy and enthusiasm and a very positive attitude. We started our search for a new house 18 months ago with a somewhat unfavourable opinion of estate agents. After our experience with Emily and her colleagues at Reeds Rains it has to be said that in every sky some stars shine a little brighter than others. others.
Thank you for such a powerful review of your experience and everyone at Reeds Rains Congleton would like to express our gratitude. It is indeed very true that there is a rather large gulf between the service offered by Estate Agents and we are delighted to have some of the best staff in the industry, particularly Emily who has been rewarded for her exceptional work with your purchase. We all wish you a warm welcome to Congleton and many happy years in your new home.

GoogleStacie at Reeds Rains congleton was a great help to us when we moved home earlier in the year. We sold within a month of putting our house on the market and for our full asking price. Within the weeks after she made sure our solicitors/ the buyers solicitors had everything they needed to proceed to completion as we had a set date in mind (5 weeks deadline). She chased all parties and kept us updated which was a great help and I cannot thank her enough. Would certainly recommend using Reeds Rains to anyone.
Thank you Natalie. We are delighted with how things went and I'm really pleased that Stacie was able keep things on track.
