Best Estate Agent in Cheshire I randomly picked Reeds Rain to sell my house as saw that they had a high percentage of sales in the area. I absolutely made the right choice. The quality and professionalism of the whole team was second to none and my house sold within a month of being on the market. The post sales support was superb and Stacie was outstanding. On the initial meeting, Katie was really informative and helpful and made us feel a lot more comfortable with the process of selling. Once we decided to sell, the ball got rolling very efficiently with arranging photos and booking viewings. The house was sold very quickly. Caroline was really helpful in contacting/chasing solicitors etc to make sure everything was ticking over - really friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble to ask. Thank you!

I've been looking to downsize for a little while now and have been in contact with practically every agent in the area in the hope of finding something suitable.  Whilst I rarely write reviews I thought it was really important to express my thanks to the team in Congleton.  It is fair to say that they are one of the very few that make contact when they have a new property to the market and it is increasingly clear that most of the other agents just wait for you to see something online.  They are clearly proactive, on the front foot and the quality of their marketing looks great.  Thanks again, I'm certainly going to be selling with Tim and the team when I can find something suitable.

We recently sold our property with Reeds Rains in Congleton. Firstly, we compared the service to another high street firm, and Purple Bricks. Sales manager David was the only one we actually felt had a strong grasp on the value of the property and the acheivable price. He also came with a clear marketing strategy. Purple Bricks strategy was to price low, and tried to convince me of that against poorly researched comparables. Im sure I would have sold just as fast with PB, but for significantly less money. In the end, even with the larger commission rate, I came out much better off with Reeds Rains. The other high street person came in way high, then kept creeping down which showed me he had no confidence in his valuation, and a strategy would have consisted of dropping the price. We had four people view immediately, two made an offer, and one was accepted, so the house was on the market for approx 3 weeks only. From here, Emily was the main driver for keeping the sale moving forward through some significant turmoil both up and down the chain, and we can only thank her for the continued efforts and chasing that she did tirelessly. Reeds Rains were initially more expensive than the competitors, but were able to match the other offer from the high street, and we feel produced photography and a brochure of a standard that really showcased our property, helping it sell extremely quickly in a slow period before Christmas. I would really recommend the Congleton Team to deal with your house sale. Stacie was outstanding thorough out. As both my wife and I are based down south we had to really trust Stacie to drive the sale of our house and once this was accomplished she really went the extra mile to keep both myself and our buyer updated and even chased the solicitors to make sure they focused on completing the riequired tasks in time for our completion. We have been through a number of transactions over the last 10 years with Reeds Rains in Congleton and most recently in the last 4. We have been back to them without question on our most recent transactions due to Emily, simple! Her work ethic, her ability and willingness to go over and above, her general attitude approach, knowledge and care for clients is outstanding. Caroline was helpful during the sale of our property and informative throughout. However there was a period in between where she was on annual leave, and my request to look for a rental property passed on to another colleague. I didn’t have a positive experience as I didn’t feel the person had a best interest at heart and understanding the position I was in. At that time, I pretty much thought Reeds Rains forgot that we pay for their service. To say the least when Caroline was back and picked up my query she was polite and apologetic towards what happened, and helped to reassure my anxieties as we all know selling property is one of the most stressful events in life. I can safely say in the end the whole completion went well, there was delay but within reason. No drama luckily!
