GoogleThese guys really do a great job and a great service, sale was slow but due to solicitors taking there time with queries but we eventually got there after the agents gave them a good push, very happy, highly recommend if you are to buy or sell, even rent in Colwyn bay and surrounding areas. GoogleI was buying my 1st house and as you can guess it's a very big thing and I didn't have a clue what I was doing but Carys and Zoe at Beresford Adams made it so much easier always at the end of the phone or email if ever I had any questions or problems. GoogleNightmare agents. Constantly chased to get repairs done and too many staff not updating info. Dealing with local branches and countrywide wasn't easy as they didn't communicate and it was a case of left not knowing what right was doing . Took over a month to receive our deposit back too. Our complaint fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't want to deal with them again

GoogleWe have used Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay branch for 2 1/2 years as our letting agents. Unfortunately we would not recommend their service. It fell short of our expectations on numerous occasions and the communication was very poor. We have used another letting agent out of area for the same length of time and therefore have a point of comparison.

GoogleI sold my house last year when the market was crazy and i couldn't have asked for a more smoother service from the sales team at Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay. The promotion of my property, The offers and the customer service as a whole was just fantastic! Highly recommended and will certainly be a returning customer in the future.
