As first time buyers, it's been a really confusing (and concerning) process when we've been dealing with our solicitors. Entwistle Green couldn't have been any further away from this if they tried... From the minute Phil from Entwistle walked through my door to value the property I knew I was dealing with professionals. I had been given valuations I thought were ‘ok’ then after Phil fully assessed the house, I was told what my property could fetch and he was absolutely on point with his valuation. . The photos were amazing and a beautiful description of the house. They really captured what I was trying to do with the place. Absolutely delighted with the sale of my house. I was kept up to date at every stage and notified in a timely manner of viewings. The feedback from viewings as well was a great touch. If I needed to email or contact them by phone the staff were quick to respond and so helpful, I could not do anything less than fully recommend them. A massive thanks to the whole team at Colne. Absolutely fantastic service - James was great with the valuation and getting the ball rolling and Kelly was absolutely superb with handling our house sale. This was a real roller coaster of a process in terms of buyers being interested, pulling out, aggressively pushing down the price etc, but Kelly navigated things professionally and reassuringly, eventually playing a key part in finding us an enthusiastic buyer that has got a deal on a wonderful house that both they and us are satisfied with. I would use Entwistle Green without hesitation in the future, and its all down to the service that the Colne branch offered us.
