I brought my new home through Entwistle Green in Colne. I cannot say how friendly, helpful and professional the staff are. It was a very long sale and, at times, extremely stressful but the staff were always at the end of the telephone. I have to give a specific mention for Helen, who went above and beyond to help me when things got so stressful, she was so knowledgeable with regard to the moving process, always responding to me quickly and efficiently. She was so supportive and frankly kept me sane!!! We originally went with another agent after having 3 valuations however we should have gone with entwistle green from the start. The staff were brilliant and kept us up to date through out, whenever we had a viewer there was a straight to the point feedback from them that we didn't get with the other agent. They put up with us emailing and ringing throughout the sale of our property and we never felt that they didn't have time for us or didn't contact us back. Wonderful service and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

We have been using Entwistle Green to manage our properties for some time now and I have to say that ever since Georgios Massakas has come on board it really feels as if we are being looked after. His communication skills are second to none and he seems to grasp my sentiment exactly over each issue we discuss. He is quick to respond and always follows up on each conversation promptly. Really poor experience and would never recommend for a first time mover. Promised me the world and said would give advice but after taking the extortionate admin fee, did nothing. And now have left me with deductions from my deposit for very miniscule things. Made me agree to having the carpets cleaned at a cost when I moved in but then charged me again without any choice when moving out at a ridiculous rate. Even though the carpets were clean when I moved out. Honesty would not recommend to anybody going in to see them. Fake smiles and don't want to help once reasonable notice is given. Avoid at all costs!

I asked 3 local estate agents to value my home with a view to selling, and Entwistle Green were the best by far, there was no hesitation in instructing them to handle the sale of my property. As the property was empty, the staff at Entwistle Green undertook all the viewings for me, they must have been kept busy as my property received over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks!! At the end of the first month I had my first offer, followed by a better 2nd offer which I accepted. The sale process was very fast and efficient, and was handled perfectly by Kelly and James, who kept me well informed about the process of the sale at regular intervals. The customer service received by them was brilliant. I would highly recommend the team at Entiwistle Green Colne to anybody who is thinking of selling their home.
