I have been helped by Entwistle Green at a very difficult time in my life, and they - specifically Evie Fraser - have helped me let a new home, and start a life-changing new chapter in my life. I've been anxious and worried at times but Evie has been professional, patient and warm throughout the process. Entwistle Green has been really helpful in finding me a new home to rent. As I faced homelessness, due to landlords property being repossessed, I felt pressed to find a place. Many places turned me away but the people at Entwistle Green were quick and clear when it came to the viewing and the application process. A special thank you to Evie Fraser who handled my application and ensured I got into my new rented property before Christmas! I chose Entwistle Green at Colne to market my property as they were by far the friendliest and most positive estate agents in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did a fantastic job marketing the property, ensuring the photos and video tour looked good online. They took care of all the viewings. My house sale was a little complicated, but this didn't seem to put them off! They did a fantastic job, keeping me up-to-date with the progress of the sale, liaising with the buyers and solicitors. When my first potential buyers situation changed, Helen and her team were on the ball with re-advertising the property and had lots of viewings booked in within a matter of days. I highly recommend the team at Entwistle Green, Colne - Helen, Abbey and Phil will look after you throughout the process.

From the first appointment to value the property, to completion, the team at Entwistle Green in Colne were brilliant. They had a high number of viewings lined up, even before the listing went live. They gave me options, and advice about the market, and the valuation was spot on. The team were courteous, professional and friendly, keeping me informed with progress. With this being the first house I have sold, they explained the process at each step of the way. They handled the whole thing for me, since I no longer live in the area, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their help and expertise in the field is very much appreciated!
