Hi Aftab, I am sorry you felt the service you received from the branch was poor. Once a market appraisal is booked it is passed to the lister who carries out the valuations for the office so to receive another call from the office is common, they are just confirming the details of the property, date and time etc. We are always required where possible to meet the owner/owners of the house so we can go through all the details, valuation and marketing of their property. Where it is not possible to meet the owner we obtain confirmation/documentation from them confirming they are happy for us to deal with a particular individual or company, if this information is not provided then unfortunately we are unable to carry out the request for a valuation. If you are able to provide the documentation/confirmation from the owners you are dealing with for the sale on their behalf then we will be more than happy to carry out a valuation for you.
