GoogleExtremely disappointed with this company! Also the company they work with called Longbow Property. DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE! They reassured me a property I even went to the office. Only to take my deposit, deny me the property, and it's been 6 months they have refused to return me my deposit. A complete waste of time and the guy from Longbow called Jinay is extremely rude and shouted at me on the phone.
Hi there, You have again posted this review with Sharpes Estates when we only conducted the viewing and was not the external company that took your deposit and did the referencing. We passed this over to a separate company, however that company was also not at fault at all. It is damaging to a small business and we work hard to keep our reputation up and ensure a good service as a family run business. Additionally, you said you didn't have a CCJ when you were aware that you had one and therefore you were dishonest in order to secure a flat and any agency/referencing company states that any dishonesty will result in a deposit being lost.

GoogleI completed a three-month internship with the Sharpes Estates Team and I truly enjoyed my time there. The team, in particular Andrew and Lauren, make me feel welcomed and supported, and I felt like I was part of the family from day one. They provided excellent training and were always available to answer my questions and offer guidance. I could see firsthand that they were trustworthy, professional, and always attentive to clients' needs. Sharpes Estates is an independent, family-run real estate business, and the people there are simply lovely! π They created a warm and welcoming environment that made it easy to come into work every day. I felt like I learned so much during my time there! I would definitely recommend this real estate agency for anyone who wants to let a property or looking for a property!!

GoogleSharpes Estates, is an Estate and a half and more. Never in all my years of renting have I received such care and attention and favours through an Estate agency. My usual experience is once you have moved in to the property that is it. You won't see the agents for dust, even when you have a query. I am very pleased with Sharpes Estate, this would be my 2nd year renting through them and it sure has been a pleasure, I would recommend them anytime any day. The staff and management are always on board to help with any queries or repairs; the agency keeps you informed every step of the way re any repairs that you have raised. The standard of their subcontractors, are next to none; always on time and very flexible, the contracrors liaise with you to arrange the best possible day & time, to carry out any repairs you have brought to the Estate Agents attention. Sharpes Estates are remarkably an amazing set of people and it flows from the top down, am so happy to rent through them, over and over again. Keep up the fab work Sharpes Estates... ππππππ

GoogleI run into some technical difficulties when submitting references, and Lauren was very helpful, provided IT support number to call and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I really appreciated her help, especially after having an unpleasant encounter with another office staff member. I am grateful to Lauren for not leaving me on my own with technical issues that werenβt my fault.
