Sharpes have been very responsive to our needs to have tenants in our three flats who will take care of the property and act responsibly within the terms of their agreements. In the last fifteen years, we have had just a few who disappointed us and many we could totally trust and depend upon.
Living thousands of miles away in East Asia, visiting London just a few days a year, means we need an agent who will give us peace of mind. I have not heard any complaints from our tenants, suggesting they have been given a fair deal. Compared with reports I have read of some companies, Sharpes seem very reasonable with their fees.
I strongly recommend them in the renting sector.

I have let my property through Sharpes for the past 6 years and I never had any problems with them. They have very nice and helpful staff and they really helped me out about a year ago. I had to travel in an emergency and had no time to arrange for my property to be redecorated etc. before I had new tenants moving in. They took over and managed to have everything arranged in my best interest. After this I decided to give it to them for full management and I am very happy I have made this decision. I would always recommend them.
