GoogleWe sold our property and bought our new property with Dean Estate Agents. Everyone was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They supported us with any difficulties that popped up along the way and helped with communication between other members of the chain and solicitors. Excellent service and although we have no plans to move again anytime soon, if we do need to move again we will definitely choose Dean Estate Agents again.

The team at Dean Estate Agents came out promptly issuing much documentation and worked quickly to come back with the next steps to take. They offered many different plans of cover that they offer making it extremely flexible for each individual circumstance and we’re not pushy in which you chose. They kept me informed throughout the process and we’re always available to talk to should I have any queries. They advertised the property with my needs at heart, and would risk finding the most suitable tenant even if that took more time. I was appreciative of their honest advice and the outcome. GoogleBooked a viewing for a property to let, unfortunately once we arrived it did not go smoothly in the slightest. Very unprofessional, wasn’t even let through the door… The agent didn’t even introduce herself and then had the audacity to ask for a re-schedule. Will not be dealing with this company again. I would put 0/5 if possible
Hi Mark, with regards to your and others appointments today at this property - we were faced with a situation that denied access to us all due to personal circumstances of the resident owner. The options were to wait 30 minutes or re-schedule for another day which of course is inconvenient but we were not able to go in as normal at that time today. We are disappointed with your review as the events of today were completely out of our control and under no circumstances would we have entered the property without the owners permission.
