Proactive, responsive, professional, and just a really nice bunch of people. Dean Estate Agents single handedly saved our property sale from falling through! I wish they were based up where I live now because I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
I've dealt with many estate agents before and every single experience has been negative bar this agent. Family business who genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to help. Jack was the agent how managed the sale of our property and was incredible from start to finish!

GoogleHaving been let down by our previous agent (which cost us a huge amount of money by not selling our properties and having to refinance them and let them out), I decided when we needed to sell at a later stage, I would try two other companies. Allan came out and we soon realised that we had both worked for the same very reputable company years ago. Knowing how much training there had been invested in the staff, I knew instantly that I would not just be another client with a property to sell but a valued client who would be looked after from start to finish. Covid and the SDLT Holiday caused SO many delays in the chains for both of our properties, but Jack and David worked tirelessly to sales progress and push the sales through. I was regularly updated and between them and myself doing everything we could do in what was such a stressful and expensive time, we finally exchanged and completed recently.
I will not hesitate to use them to buy and sell from in the future. They don't tell you what you want to hear to gain the instruction, they advise you properly so you aren't heading for disappointment with an overpriced property and it's not just about getting it on the books and letting it sell itself like other companies (no one likes a priced reduction on their property). They really did go above and beyond and I and my Husband are extremely glad we used them. Coleford office staff have been superb and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone considering selling in the areas they cover. Both properties sold for the asking price.
