I have viewed many property's the last few months and this agent was particularly unprofessional. pictures misrepresent property, condition far inferior to the advertised condition not to mention zero contact after inquiring particulars on a desirable property after viewing. the least i would expect from any company is a reply. A fantastic local company offering a friendly and professional service. I have been impressed with the level of care and empathy shown to me whilst I sold my apartment. I had some difficulties with the Freeholder which unfortunately delayed the sale. Amy, Allan and Jack supported me through this challenging process by providing pragmatic and swift support. Dean Estate Agents were superior in their service and more competitive in their fees compared to other Agencies that I spoke with. I'll definitely use and recommend this awesome team in the future.

I have used both the conveyancers, estate agents and letting agents. They all provided an excellent service. Nicki who worked in the CInderford Office realised the Solicitors had made a mistake on my house stamp duty and saved me about £6000. Anoushka and Tania in the Lettings side cannot be faulted, they are professional, efficient and caring. Roz from the Conveyancing team is also excellent, completing an entire house purchase in two months to meet unrealistic demands from the other parties involved. I have dealt with other similar services in the area but Dean Estate Agents, the Letting Agents and the Conveyancers are the best

Really do not recommend this agent. They will try to keep all of your deposit money for issues which are stated in the inventory to have been there before the tenancy began. They will not get the landlord to sort issues which are not your fault. We went without heating for 3 months with a baby in the winter because this agent said that an issue which was there before we moved in (which we could not have known about) was our issue to solve. I've worked in estate agents myself and never seen such poor work done by any other agent. The lettings 'manager' Anoushka and her colleague Tania can't even communicate, this was made clear when I was given different information from both of them and then told it was my fault by Anoushka and her extremely unprofessional skills. I agree with the other comments about her back chatting etc. Worst person to try and communicate with as she is very high up on her pedestal. Nothing but good words to say about the team at Dean Estate Agents. Its becoming harder and harder to find an estate agent that is as proactive as they need to be considering what is often a stressful time for the seller/buyer, fortunately Dean Estate Agents are just that. We dealt with primarily with Jack during our transaction which was made a easy as it could be, regular communication even when there was nothing specific to inform us of, just to keep us in the loop. Awful estate agents to deal with. Had a viewing on a property only to be sat waiting for no one to turn up, rang them to then be given a load of back chat from the 'lettings manager' Anoushka about how our appointment apparently didnt exist with no apology whatsoever. Have since enquired about another property which they dont have access to even though they've been advertising it for over 3 months ... unprofessional, unhelpful awful service where apparently, the customer is never right. Now harassing me and my husband ringing us and giving us abuse, telling me that I'm unprofessional because I dont work at present when I had a baby 3 months ago and am signed off due to health problems. Arrogant and rude and think they are above everyone else in the world. Oh and just an update, they also cant take criticism since I've now been blocked from their Facebook page aswell, after they disagreed with my review about their 'lettings manager' and her attitude and lack of customer service skills, it seems that many other people seem to agree as plenty more reviews regarding the same person have been left since mine, highly unprofessional.

Very bad experience of this Estate Agency I’m sorry to say. We were hugely let down, and treated shamefully bad by a lady called Anoushka Bethell, the Lettings Manager. I cannot understand how any business would succeed with this lady there; she is not a nice person to say the least and definitely needs bringing down a peg or two, most definitely not professional or unprejudiced. At no point was an apology from her received for her attitude either. Since dealing with them and speaking with people in the area I have just been hearing one bad thing after another about them and her, so I would warn anyone thinking of using them to do so with extreme care and ensure you shop around with the other Estate Agencies first, as there are much better ones around that we have found since, who have dealt with us in a more professional, friendly, kind and unbiased manor, and as such have got a successful letting out of it for their business.
