We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dean Estate Agents while finding a home for me, my partner, and our one-year-old. From the very first viewing, Kate was so welcoming and kind. She made us feel completely at ease and never rushed us, which meant so much as we were trying to picture our little family there. She happily arranged a second viewing so we could take measurements and properly plan things out, and that extra support really showed how much she cared. We were absolutely over the moon when we found out we’d got the house we fell in love with, it truly feels like the perfect home for our family. Jenna was incredible throughout the whole process. Had the pleasure of meeting Johanna at my viewing, she was so lovely & absolutely brilliant at what she does. She was so professional, and so educated on the property. She told me everything I needed to know. I decided I wanted the property & she made the whole process so smooth & put my mind at ease. Without her I would not have achieved a completion when it was required as it appeared she single handedly progressed a short but difficult chain with the other agent involved seemingly doing very little. We honestly can’t thank the Coleford Dean Estates team enough for the outstanding support they’ve given us throughout the sale of our late mum’s property. From our very first meeting with Jack we were reassured that this was the agent for us and then Grace, Jen, Maisie and Polly in additon have looked after us throughout the process.
