As a contractor, the lettings department at Dean Estate Agents Ltd are very easy to deal with. They either organise appointments with the tenants for me or arrange the keys to the properties for me to collect, and have even on some occasions delivered them out to me when I have been on other jobs. Between all parties we have good communication which allows the jobs to get completed in a swiftly manner. Huge thanks to Dean Estate Agents for selling my parents house, which completed last week. It was only on the market for a couple of weeks before we received a full asking price offer which we accepted straight away after Dean EA had done a rigorous check to qualify the buyer and their buyer. It all went through smoothly and completed after about 3 months. Many thanks to Amy and Jack for their help during the process and to Allan for the excellent photos and video walkthrough of the property. We chose Dean EA after reading good reviews online and due to the manner of the initial meeting with Allan, who showed he had a good understanding of the local market. From the moment I spoke with Alan & his very experienced team I knew this was was the agents I planned to use. I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm when they came to view the premise & how their planed to market the house in preparation for the sale. Day one on the market I had 6 viewings with further viewings lined up. The house sold within 48 hours of going live. The whole way through the sale nothing was too much trouble even when I had questions and I had a few!! Communication was first class & at all stages through the viewings and the sale, I was updated at every stage. From my experiences Dean Estate Agents are the leading company in the Forest of Dean and if you want a stress free experience this is the agents to use. 10/10 on all levels. If you're selling (or buying) a property in the Forest of Dean, look no further! Excellent service, excellent marketing resources, and excellent people. Oh, and a very fair price as well! We have previously used other estate agents in the area and we're happy to confirm that Dean Estate Agents are genuinely the best. The Coleford office has a first class team, led by Allan and Jack (who are incredibly responsive, even out of hours), and special mention to Amy who sold our house within 5 days of the property gong on the market! Offer to completion took only 8 weeks, and that included a few bumps in the road. And Dean ensured that we achieved our full asking price. Well done team!

We have recently sold our property through Dean Estate Agents. We have been really impressed with our whole experience from valuation through to completion. Jack was our estate agent and we feel he went above and beyond to chase and get our chain moving. He regularly contacted us on his "days off" and outside of office hours. Someone always answered the phone when we rang the office (dealing with other estate agents during this move this was not the case with everyone!) and got back to us the same day.
