Yesterday after a 14 hr night shift i got home for a shower no hot water boiler had gone on its holiday . Put a call in at around 3.30 spoke to janna . (I hope i got your name correct appoligies if not ) nikki called back at 3.35 sorry Mr ... ( grr that makes me sound as old as me father ) cant get a enginner until tomorrow. Well cold 1 it is then and it was . Well 30 minutes latet a van pulled up the engineer in the boiler room job done . The engineer when i said what time id called said nikki is very much all over the rentals and is very good . Fantastic support from start to finish . Girls what ever you are doing dont change a single thing . You got it 100% bang on the nail . As i said a breath of fresh air ..thank you

GoogleI would recommended anyone in the forest of Dean and surrounding areas to contact Dean estate agents for any sales or purchase enquiries. I used Dean estate agents recently to sell my flat, i believe it was wasn’t even on the market a week. Due to their huge client base, they fact they know investors, developers and are are well known in the local area, helps make the sales process as smooth as possible. I was constantly updated from the girls in the office on how the sale was going, this kept my mind at ease throughout. They took in to consideration I work nights, so I could contact them by text and email
Dean estate agents have not only sold my property, by they have also sold one for my grandmother. After dealing with a terrible estate agents prior to switching to Dean. My nan lacked any confidence selling her property for the amount she wanted. Due to the previous agents wanting to reduce the price over and over again. The house was listed with Dean estate agents and we had about 15/20 viewings within the first week. Then sold for the price she wanted within 3 weeks. This alone goes to show how well they marketed the very unusual property.
Thank you to everyone at Dean estate agents. You have made mine and my nans sales process easy and hassle free. Hopefully I get to use your services again in the future.
