GoogleWhen we initially contacted Dean Estate Agents they were very quick on acting getting us viewings at several properties which led us to finding the one we Purchased. Polly from negotiation to completing couldn't do enough for us and was super efficient in responding and getting things done for us. GoogleAnoushka and her team at Dean lettings agents have been incredible. Even supporting me through the departure of my previous rental property and guiding me through the new process. It was unlikely that we were going to be selected as tenants but Anoushka worked her magic and got us our dream rental property. Always contactable, professional and friendly. Extremely grateful and satisfied with our experience.

GoogleFriendly, helpful and supportive team. We used Dean estate agents for the first time they were very good. Communication throughout the advertising of our home to the final moving day and even after we settled in. Everything went very smoothly and quickly which is a rarity. GoogleWe have just completed a sale and purchase with Dean Estate Agents. They have been absolutely brilliant throughout what could have been quite a stressful experience! We have been dealing Annalise and Pauline and they have both been incredibly professional and helpful at all stages of the sale and purchase. I have to say that Dean Estate Agents are without doubt the best estate agents that I have ever used. Allan, Jack and the team are excellent, very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

GoogleWow a breath of fresh air . Ive been in rental for nearly 12 years not all with dean eastates same property . I have to say fantastic new staff . Yesterday after a 14 hr night shift i got home for a shower no hot water boiler had gone on its holiday . Put a call in at around 3.30 spoke to janna . (I hope i got your name correct appoligies if not ) nikki called back at 3.35 sorry Mr ... ( grr that makes me sound as old as me father ) cant get a enginner until tomorrow. Well cold 1 it is then and it was . Well 30 minutes latet a van pulled up the engineer in the boiler room job done . The engineer when i said what time id called said nikki is very much all over the rentals and is very good . Fantastic support from start to finish . Girls what ever you are doing dont change a single thing . You got it 100% bang on the nail . As i said a breath of fresh air ..thank you

GoogleI would recommended anyone in the forest of Dean and surrounding areas to contact Dean estate agents for any sales or purchase enquiries. I used Dean estate agents recently to sell my flat, i believe it was wasn’t even on the market a week. Due to their huge client base, they fact they know investors, developers and are are well known in the local area, helps make the sales process as smooth as possible. I was constantly updated from the girls in the office on how the sale was going, this kept my mind at ease throughout. They took in to consideration I work nights, so I could contact them by text and email Dean estate agents have not only sold my property, by they have also sold one for my grandmother. After dealing with a terrible estate agents prior to switching to Dean. My nan lacked any confidence selling her property for the amount she wanted. Due to the previous agents wanting to reduce the price over and over again. The house was listed with Dean estate agents and we had about 15/20 viewings within the first week. Then sold for the price she wanted within 3 weeks. This alone goes to show how well they marketed the very unusual property. Thank you to everyone at Dean estate agents. You have made mine and my nans sales process easy and hassle free. Hopefully I get to use your services again in the future.
