Having moving in to my rental property 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with the rental team at Palmers Colchester especially Sophie whose friendly and down to earth nature made the experience a pleasant one. After encountering a "difficult" landlord who pulled out of the move 2 days before I was supposed to move in, Sophie and the team made the move still possible by finding me a different property. Thank you for the professionalism and extra work put in to all involved.

I have just had the stressful experience of selling a property for an elderly relative who has gone into a care home. Things were made even more difficult by the fact that I live 300 miles away. But Palmer & Partners couldn't have been more helpful , taking on things like getting local tradesmen to carry out necessary repairs before the sale could be completed, which would have been extremely difficult for me at that distance. All their staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. Their service cannot be bettered.

Both Alfie and Paul continued to update the events and progress daily which calmed my nerves particularly towards exchange of contracts. They will set an appointment then disregard the time they scheduled. You will be left literally standing in the rain, waiting for their agent to show the property you were supposed to view. Incompetent agent and rude management in the Colchester office. There is also a striking difference between their allAgents ratings and their Google reviews, which leaves one to wonder about the legitimacy of their non-verified reviews! Best to avoid, unless you enjoy dealing with rude and incompetent people!

We instructed P&P on the Monday, James arranged an open house viewing on the Saturday and we had several offers by the following Monday.
