GoogleAs a buyer of property with P&P I don't feel they really offered anything more than any other estate agent used. Naturally they are heavily biased in every way towards the seller in all they do and maximising the selling price for their client and commission to themselves. They go all out to up the price and get you in to a blind sealed bidding war that might not in reality exist or not needed if you are say in a strong financial position against someone weaker - this happened to us. This is pretty much the same with most estate agents though - its just the nature of a greedy game in a market with high demand but little supply. Good news if you are a seller!
