GooglePathological liars, they ignore your calls and emails when you need them. They ignored 5 of my emails and then emailed me about scheduling a new tenant viewing, I only agreed to this viewing if Michaels responded to my previous emails about problems in my property, which they did in order to get the tennant viewing booked. When the new tennant came over I heard the agent outright lie and say "as you can see there's an issue with the door frame, the tennant only emailed about this yesterday and we're already getting it sorted". They are absolute liars. They kept a large amount of my deposit, when I moved in they lied about having the apartment professionally cleaned. When I moved in there was still the old tenants underwear in the drawers and rust in the bathroom radiators, they are absolute liars. When I first moved in they forgot to tell me the passcode to enter my building, I called their number and emergency number and was ignored for 5 hours. I could continue typing my bad experiences but I've said enough.
They will be super nice until you pay the deposit, as soon as you've paid they are useless, ignore you, and lie lie lie... If I could give 0/5 I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleGot these guys round after a good experience with the sales team previous and wasnt disappointed. After initial discussion and valuation a photographer was booked to come in. Before the photographer had a chance to get round and set up a profile for Rightmove Maria and team got me a viewing. I accepted an offer for rental same day. Was good to see they have clients ready and waiting and not just rely on rightmove to do their job for them. Good proactive sales attitude!

What I really appreciated is that if the person you wanted to speak with wasn’t available, you weren’t advised that they will pass on a message to say you called, they took over and dealt with my enquiry (even if it wasn’t anything to do with them). 18.01.2022- They are a scam company. Read my experience with them.- They sold me a property with tenants in situ.- They did not reveal the fact most of tenants are defaulters and trouble makers. Some of them are served with eviction notice.- They allegedly had an arrangement with the previous landlord to hide all these facts.- Their broker (from Michael Financials) took 3 months to get the mortgage offer. Applied 4th Aug and offer cam on 11th November.- They started pushing me for the exchange the moment their broker got the mortgage offer.- Once the exchange happened, the sale negotiator who has is impatient like a child till now stopped replying to my emails.- They have a poor code of practice when it comes to selling the property.- I have raised a formal complaint with them and will keep updating here on the review page.- The made me learn that ideally you should not be taking the mortgage if the broker is part of agency company. This way you will be pushed hard on your purchase.- They are trying to be polite in the reply to this feedback which is just their hypocrisy.If you are planning to buy any property through Michael property Consultants think twice, thrice or rather....!

Dear Mr Singh,We wouldn't normally reply publicly defending ourselves but due to your strong public accusations we simply must.First, I must dismiss all of your accusations with regards to acting underhand and having any arrangements with the previous seller - this is entirely a false accusation. The sale of your new property had been running since July 2021, so to advise that our team were impatient is a very unfair statement, especially when the seller was close to withdrawal due to the length of time the transaction had been running and you had three departments from our agency assist you with your purchase throughout. They were on hand to assist every step of the way and communication was kept to the highest of standards.Not at any stage were we informed of difficulties with any tenants, or ever concerned about them being credible or genuine. We provided you with a description of all tenants, including their professions in July, close to when the sale was first agreed. We never denied you access to visit the property and it is also very important to highlight that you have visited and inspected the property throughout your purchase process and we have never been obstructive or prevented you visiting. I understand you have also raised formal complaints against your solicitor, independent solicitor on behalf of your lender and therefore are trying to hold all parties involved accountable. All parties have stated that at no stage have we ever withheld any information or acted unprofessionally. We have put you in contact with our Customer Relations Manager who has acknowledged your complaint and who will be assisting you with your complaint moving forward, ensuring the appropriate complaints procedure is followed. Naturally we are very disappointed to have received this review and will be working closely with all involved to ensure this is resolved properly.
