GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Michael’s Property Consultants. From our initial meeting with Michael Bickmore, who acted for us in our sale, to the end of the transaction we felt valued Clients. The beginning of the process was impressive with swift feedback after Viewings. Phone calls to the Office were always received in a courteous and friendly way with messages passed on if Michael was not available (most of the time he was) resulting in speedy call backs. Thank you especially to Connor who was so patient taking these! After 41 years living in the same house, so being totally out of touch with the buying and selling process, and coupled with ‘hiccups’ along the way Michael was supportive, professional and positive whilst remaining realistic. We were impressed with the way that he engaged with us, keeping in regular contact and being extremely pro-active when our journey became a ‘’Roller Coaster Ride! From listing the house, doing the viewings, agreeing the sale to the communication and support throughout the duration of the sale process up until completion, we’ve received excellent communication, advice and support, which I do not believe we’ve had received elsewhere. Given our sale wasn’t the smoothest of journeys, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have Michael Bickmore and the team from the Colchester office on our side. GoogleStaff at Michael’s were always very helpful , polite and had a can do attitude.. the seller who was being represented by Michael’s was a somewhat difficult character. Staff at Michael’s showed patience and professionalism whilst dealing with the sale of the property and were always on hand to keep me informed . I also used the financial advisors provided by Michael’s who were excellent , efficient and gave sound financial advice. I would like to name jo Davy and Dom Giovanni as stand out employees of Michael’s who have managed to keep me sane through what has been an elongated process at no fault of mine or Michael’s.

They were absolutely incredible, they supported us every step of the way to get a new buyer. We had a new buyer within a week.
