TrustpilotGreat support in the final stages
Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. He was easy to get hold of, kept us updated, and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. We truly appreciate the effort he put in, especially at the final stages, which made a real difference in getting everything completed.

TrustpilotThank you just isn’t enough!
Thank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend your services !!

GoogleCameron and team were seemingly ahead of the game the entire time. We decided on a joint agency but immediately it was apparent that Michael’s were substantially more dynamic. Number of viewings compared to the other agent was frankly embarrassing. Offer followed. Every daft question and every concern was met with a highly professional and considered reply that made the process simple. Highly recommended in Colchester. The team is exceptional.

TrustpilotI would not use any other than Michaels
I could not fault the brilliant service and professionalism that Michael's offered us. We had a simple sale and they very happily answered any calls or emails swiftly and promptly. Charlotte was great at selling the flat, and Carla was particularly helpful post sale. We had a terrible service with another local estate agents and these guys were simply superb.

GoogleI recently let a property through Michaels and had the pleasure of dealing with Lettings Manager Rhys Bartlett. The experience of Rhys shined through in his knowledge, service and ability to calm my nerves in what can be quite a daunting process. I had experienced some potential delays in regards to the move in date which became incredibly stressful for me. This was out of everybody’s hands. Rhys worked tirelessly to ensure everything had been done in time for the scheduled completion which allowed us to move in exactly when we wanted to! All of this he did this whilst out of the country on holiday during his entitled annual leave. If I could give 6, 7 or even 10 stars I would. For anybody letting a home in the area Rhys is the guy to speak to.

GoogleI've been using estate agents in Colchester for nearly two years, and the service I've had from Louis Harris has been up there with the best. Louis' fantastic local knowledge and helpful insights have been incredibly useful when my wife and I have made the decision about where to live. I've been really impressed with the work he's done for us, and we both really felt as though he genuinely cared about ensuring we ended up in the right place. A credit to his industry, and someone we've both been really pleased to work with.

GoogleBrilliant experience. Profesional and polite staff who guided me through the process of renting a new property. Sam Francis was especially helpful and friendly and went out of his way to welcome us at the viewing of the property. He gave us a detailed viewing and information about the property and even returned back to us with further information guidance and thoroughly supported us throughout and after our decision. It was honestly the best viewing and definitely was a smooth and enjoyable experience. If there were more agents like Sam, renting would be a much more comfortable and fun experience. Thank you Sam and the profesional team at Michaels Property for making this experience so nice for your customers. Cheers! Esmeralda

We recently rented with Michael’s and dealt with Sam Francis and Aaron Leyland. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are both approachable staff and we never had to chase them about anything, explained processes to us and were understanding of our situation. We would definitely look to use their services again when the time comes.

TrustpilotFirst-time buyers of no.29
We are first-time buyers after renting for many years and have dealt with a wide range of estate agents (not all of them positive experiences). As a result, we were quite apprehensive about the buying process, especially as it was all new to us.

Michael’s have been amazing right from the start. When selling our property we received prompt and detailed feedback after every viewing and their onward sales consultant Jo was absolutely brilliant in keeping our buyers updated after there was a longer weight than expected due to delays at the top of the chain. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
