GoogleMy experience with Michaels has been really great! Kyle arranged multiple viewings when I was leaving the apartment and was always so kind, approachable and funny with prospective tenants. He always gave me minimum 24 hours notice prior to viewings and was efficient in responding to my emails. Once I left the apartment, I liaised with Bethany who was prompt in replying to my emails/queries, and ensured I got my deposit back in full. Michaels are incredibly friendly and professional estate agent, I recommend them!

GoogleMichael and his team are very helpful and professional. They know the local market inside out like no one else. I am a returning customer who tried a different agency and had to come back to Michaels again for a great service. I value Michaels and his team for a personal touch and realistic value put on a property, which they can achieve for you. Some other agents may promise you more money, but this is just to get your business and they will keep on asking you to drop the price later until you get sold. To me, it is all about delivering on the promise and they will do just that for you.

Had a great experience buying my first property with Michaels. Lee was super friendly and knowledgeable when showing us around several properties. Once we decided to make an offer, Carla answered all our questions and facilitated everything with the sellers. The process was quite drawn out because of a longer chain but Michaels always kept in touch and made sure we knew what was happening. Would absolutely recommend them!!

GoogleI wanted to thank Michael for all the help he gave towards the purchase of my new property. He was not my agent, rather he was the agent of the person I purchased from. My assigned local agent left the company he worked for (of which was an online estate agent) & they failed to facilitate me with an appropriate replacement. This left me to sort most things out myself with only occasional help online. Despite Michael not being my agent, he handled much of my workload and helped out majorly with the purchase of my new property. He aided particularly in chasing up agents of other parties in the chain & solicitors to get the job done efficiently. I was worried my move would be troublesome due to the complications with my agency, however he really helped me through it without me even having to request such extensive help. If I were to move again, I would definitely use him as it is evident his service would be of the highest quality and I appreciate all his hard work.

GoogleYou might be wondering why there's been an influx of glowing 5 star reviews in the last couple of hours. The answer is that an email was sent to people asking them to leave a review so that they can win a John Lewis hamper. So basically one step removed from blackmail, and therefore means you cannot trust any review you see. The response will no doubt be the same as the other person leaving a similar negative review, an admission of deceitful review tactics but that they are asking for it to be 'honest'. If someone is leaving a review purely because they think they might win a hamper, do you think that person is likely to leave a negative review? Of course not. I can leave an honest review though. I took a viewing for a house for sale through Michaels. Whilst not an open house affair, clearly a block booking as not one but two potential buyers exited as I arrived. Whilst otherwise polite the agent never asked who I was. I could have been anyone off the street entering the house. There was also no response to my courtesy email following the viewing. Clearly got that email though as here they are later on using that email address to get me to leave a review.

GoogleThank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us. As soon as we got in contact with them they organised a time to come over and take pictures and they sold our property within the first 24 hours of going live on rightmove. Jo who is the company’s Sales Progressor was in contact weekly to see how we were getting on with finding a new property. We did struggle to find a property due to the market being very quick and highly priced. We spoke to Michaels and explained we were struggling and within the next few days they found us a property to view where we were the first to see it and offered there and then. From having the offer accepted Michaels were there to help with the legal side of things all the way up until we completed. We just want to say a special thank you to Jo who has been great helping us with everything thing and thank you to Connor for finding us our new home. We are very happy and would use Michaels again. GoogleMichael and his team have just been amazing ! Always quick to respond to questions, if he misses your call, you'd get one back in less than 10mins...He has been absolutely brilliant! Michael handled the negotiation discussions with the sellers and also helped keep tabs on the solicitors, surveyors and everything else to keep things moving (even while we are away on holiday!) and we were able to get everything done from making an offer to exchanging contracts in record time (5 weeks!) ! Don't think we'd be moving from this new house anytime soon, but if/when we do, I'd be calling on Michael to sell my house! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting professional service.
