From the moment we stepped foot into the estate agents we were shown respect kindness and helpThe evening before we had received the letter to vacate our house after 10 years of living there we were shocked to say the leastWe were met by Kyle and Samuel who actually listened to us, listening is one of the greatest skills someone can have !I was very upset but reassured that they would help and wow did they !The same day we viewed a property with Kyle a house so similar to the one we had to vacate We paid the holding fee that afternoon and the communication from both Kyle and Samuel has been excellent We viewed the property again 2 weeks later and are so pleased with the house thanks to Samuel and Kyle I cannot recommend these 2 fantastic people enough for the great experience at a time of unknowing Thank you to Kyle and Samuel for all your help guidance and support Two very genuine men

We purchased our property, 6 years ago, through Michaels and were so impressed with the service when we decided to sell they were the only Estate Agent we contacted. So happy we did. From Cameron, taking photos and doing the initial consultation, Michael compiling the brochure and Lee and Ollie arranging viewings, the service has been first class. However they really come into their own with the fantastic customer service, and support, provided by Nikki.

GoogleThese guys are the crème de La crème. They sold our home within 48 hours. Coincidentally we bought through Michaels too and it was a first class service from both offices in Colchester and Wivenhoe. Our family has used Michaels on three separate occasions now and I recommend them to all of my friends who want to put their houses on the market. Special thanks to Dom G in financial. Hands down the best mortgage broker in the world! The man has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to explain things clearly and concisely and he went above and beyond throughout the process. So quick and efficient with all of his correspondence. Really conducted himself impeccably. Michaels also put us in touch with the best solicitors in the game. It wasn’t an easy chain but they got us over the finish line and we are eternally grateful to everyone involved at Michaels for getting us moved into our dream home.

From initial valuation where there was no hard sell or pressure to list with them (they left it up to us as to when we wanted to list our property), to completion, it's been a joy to have such supportive agents working on our behalf. We have had such great advice from everyone there especially Cameron who valued our house and talked me through the process of selling our first home and Josh who has been on hand for lots of questions. They sold our house in hours of it being on the market and have just been so friendly all the way so far. We wouldn’t want to be working with anyone else. Every agent we dealt with at this agency was friendly, helpful and well informed. Once our offer was accepted Michael Bickmore was our constant contact and was very efficient in coming back to us and keeping us updated on the process. We were first time buyers so very nervous and asked a lot of questions and the agents were all very patient with us. Would recommend.

We were initially selling through another agency but were SO glad Michaels got in touch to see if they could help us as they have gone above and beyond anything we'd known previously. They have been thorough and consistent in their updates and always very honest and open about feedback/updates. Selling is never a stress-free process however you feel totally at ease and like Michaels always have your best interest at heart. They have also worked tirelessly to support in our house search , even to the point where I bumped into Connor seeking our properties in an area he knew I loved on the off chance, you can't ask for more effort than that! We've particularly dealt with Connor and Michael but I'm sure the whole team is great if they're anything to go by. GoogleI got a flat at Sail House, Colchester through Kyle last year. Everything was very well coordinated . During my stay all my maintenence issues were swiftly resolved. I Maintained the house well and at end i got complete deposit back within 2 days. Overall a wonderful experience.
