Very inconsiderate service and staffs. Gave me unclear answer and made me wait around for weeks. This happened to me last year. I didn’t bother to give them reviews, but recently I just kept getting advertising emails from them. So it just makes me think why when I need answers the most they never contacted me back, but now just keep sending me advertisements. I once had a viewing on an apartment with a lady named Ella a while ago. After the viewing, she sent an application form to me and said “if I could fill in the form and send it back to her ASAP so they can take the property out of the market”. I filled the form and sent it back that day. A week later, I had gotten no answers. Then I started calling them asking about my application progress. Every time I called, they said “let me have a look and I’ll get back to you”. But they never called back. I called again and asked to speak with Ella as maybe she could give me an answer but they always said she is on holiday. I waited a week after, Michael property had never gotten back to me. However, I needed to leave my current shared house at the end of the month due to the end of my contract, so I didn’t bother to call them anymore. I went for LCL lettings (they’ve been treating me really nice). I’m an international student by myself in the UK, I don’t know much about the agents to go to in the UK, I saw Michael has good reviews compared to others, so I expected that I can rely on them. However, I didn’t expect them to say yes and that I will have the property, but at least they should have given me an answer so I know what I had to do instead of waiting around for weeks. Plus, the fact that Ella emailed me making me think that I will get the property for sure, but later ditched me off is so disrespectful.

I decided to use them to rent out the property for me too as the purchase had gone so smoothy. This was also handled very profesionally but with the same friendly personal touch as the purchase. I have just completed exchange on my third property with this Company. With my wife I had moved to Southern Spain three years ago. I have had Parkinsos disease for 20 years and need quite a lot of help at every step of the way Michaels are that rare breed of estate-agent, being honest, hard-working and very positive. Do not entirely recommend…

Unfortunately cannot say I recommend this company. Their approach was rather lazy and slow especially when it came to arranging repairs for the rental property. We had to chase a lot and it took 3 months for them to arrange for the flushing to be fixed. Not to mention that we were told it was ok for us to get a dog upon viewing, before we signed the contract and then told us it is not a pet friendly property (This was later on allowed only with a rent increase).At the start of our tenancy we have reported the state of the oven which was terrible and were informed it won't be cleaned, however we will be expected to return it up to the standard it was left in. Then they attempted to charge me for oven cleaning. Cannot recall a single time when I did not have to chase them and staff sound as if you're annoying them whenever you speak to them apart from Samuel who seemed nice.
