Can't recommend John Alexander enough, particularly Craig & Amber. Despite delays & stresses caused by others in the chain, they were always on hand to support us and assist us in the process. Professional and efficient at all times with phone calls and queries being answered swiftly. They kept us informed at every stage, more so than our solicitors at times! Definitely use them again.

Thank you for your excellent service, even in the midst of the pandemic. Amber was professional, friendly and kept me up to date with progress. She went the extra mile in helping the purchaser when they were struggling to complete tasks. Thanks to everyone in the team, but especially Amber for keeping this moving and getting us over the line.

Not only have they obtained some perfect tenants but they are also on the end of the phone for any additional support or local recommendations for contractors. GoogleWe moved house with John Alexander three years ago and they were truly excellent! We had help, support and encouragement at every turn and were kept informed throughout every stage of a very difficult move. They know the area and their job inside out and in my opinion no other estate agent can compare with their sound knowledge and aptitude for bargaining. They were worth every penny of their commission.
