I honestly can’t recommend Debbie highly enough. From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move! There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. Debbie was always there with an update, a reassuring word and a willingness to chase things up and help find a solution. She was incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout, and I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for better support. Great experience with this company, Danny was great during the process of selling the property and towards the end Debbie was absolutely fantastic at chasing up and getting everything moving to get us to the point of exchange and agreed completion/move date. Without Debbie’s input I believe we would still be chasing up everyone on the chain and solicitors etc, but she did most of the hard work there and kept me informed throughout.

Debbie Parsons at John Alexander was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of my property and I cannot thank her enough. She handled our sale for 18 months, during which time she saw two sales fall through and dealt with a third buyer who also did not proceed, all due to problems on the buyers' side, nothing to do with the property. Throughout all of this Debbie chased relentlessly, kept us informed and genuinely helped to keep our sanity. Her persistence, professionalism and commitment to getting us to completion made an incredibly frustrating process so much more bearable. John Alexander contacted me whilst I was listed with another agent and asked me if I was happy with the service I was receiving (which I wasn't). They came round, took photos and had the house listed within 24 hours and then booked 3 viewings for that weekend. One of them offered full asking price. Jack was extremely professional and very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. I appreciate you guys chasing the chain for me towards the end when it was difficult just to get things over the line. Shout out to Amber too for chasing! The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is shocking. They decided to sell the house we were buying to someone else, but forgot to mention to us that this had occurred. I also received a very mysoginistc phone call from one of their male staff at a very stressful time, where an element of the sale was out of our control. so if I were you, I would avoid them.

From our initial request for a valuation to the completion of the sale of our home, the service and support we received from the Tiptree Branch has been excellent. Ryan was knowledgeable and realistic about the market and we very quickly had a purchaser. Although Ryan was our main contact it was very much a team effort with support from Craig and Amber if needed. We had some frustrating difficulties further on in the chain and there was always someone in the ‘team’ available to support us and would follow up on the issues. Moving is extremely stressful, and we cannot recommend the Tiptree Branch highly enough, as they were never the cause of any stress, instead helped us manage the stress caused by others.

We have just successfully sold our house with John Alexander. Our first contact was with Craig, who really put us at ease and provided us with a very fair valuation on our property and really filled us with confidence that we would be able to sell. Sure enough Craig was correct and we sold very quickly with a price that we were more than happy with. Ryan and Amber were also fantastic thought the whole process, coordinating all the visits by prospective buyers and helping us to manage the process through to exchange/completion. Fantastic service.

I have recently sold my property through the above Estate Agency and the service has been top notch. They were happy to conduct the viewings, which were mainly done by a wonderful young lady called Amber who was an absolute delight. I have also had an enormous amount of assistance from a young chap called Ryan Downing who has been there on the end of the phone whenever I have a problem. Nothing has been too much for him and he is so polite and cheerful. He is a joy to speak to and always makes me feel better. I don't think I could have gone through this without him.
